摘 要
本設(shè)計課題是手機(jī)外殼模具的設(shè)計,主要是對手機(jī)外殼注射模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和型腔的加工仿真。本手機(jī)外殼的形狀及結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,因此在模具設(shè)計中要考慮的因素有很多,除考慮它的分型面、出模以外還需考慮它成型的質(zhì)量以及表面光潔度等。因此在我們設(shè)計時應(yīng)認(rèn)真分析塑件結(jié)構(gòu),尋求最佳設(shè)計方案并合理選擇成型設(shè)備的規(guī)格和型號。分型面的選擇非常重要,塑件不是平直表面,分型面選擇既要考慮達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)要求,又要不影響塑件表面的美觀。澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計也非常重要,在此次設(shè)計中選擇點澆口,同時設(shè)冷料穴。采用Z形拉料桿,解決了制品出模的問題。編寫塑件模型的成型工藝,并對該注射模結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計分析,編寫該注射模主要零部件的加工工藝卡片,最后對型腔三維仿真加工。該模具設(shè)計包括型腔布置、分型面、排氣系統(tǒng)、澆注系統(tǒng)、側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)、頂出機(jī)構(gòu)以及其他主要零部件的設(shè)計。運用Pro/E三維軟件進(jìn)行三維設(shè)計造型并對模具進(jìn)行裝配,對模具型腔的加工工藝進(jìn)行分析,利用Mastercam軟件進(jìn)行三維仿真加工,其切削過程和切削參數(shù)直觀明顯,對不合理的切削參數(shù)可以改進(jìn),使最大限度地降低能源和材料的消耗,提高切削加工效率。

Abstract: The design issues is the design of the mobile phone shell mold, mobile phone shell injection mold design and processing of the cavity simulation. The shape and structure of the cell phone case is more complex, factors to be considered in the mold design a lot, in addition to considering the parting surface, outside the mold need to consider the molding quality and surface finish. Therefore, we should design a careful analysis of the structure of plastic parts, to seek the best design and reasonable choice of molding equipment specifications and models. The parting surface selection is very important, not the flat surface of the plastic parts to consider parting surface select both meet the structural requirements, but also does not affect the surface appearance of plastic parts. Gating system design is also very important in the design point gate, and at the same time set up cold-slug. The Z-pulling rod solve the problem of the products out of the mold. Preparation of the model molding process of the plastic parts, the injection mold structure design and analysis, the preparation of the injection mold parts processing card, and finally on the cavity three-dimensional simulation processing. The mold design including cavity layout, parting surface, exhaust system, gating system, lateral core-pulling mechanism, heating and cooling system, stripping agencies, the ejection mechanism, as well as other major parts of the design. Pro/E 3D software for 3D design modeling and mold assembly to analyze the process of the mold cavity, the use of the Mastercam software three-dimensional simulation processing, intuitive and obvious cutting process and cutting parameters, cutting parameters can be unreasonable improvement, maximize reduce the consumption of energy and materials, to improve cutting efficiency.

摘 要
本設(shè)計課題是手機(jī)外殼模具的設(shè)計,主要是對手機(jī)外殼注射模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和型腔的加工仿真。本手機(jī)外殼的形狀及結(jié)構(gòu)較為復(fù)雜,因此在模具設(shè)計中要考慮的因素有很多,除考慮它的分型面、出模以外還需考慮它成型的質(zhì)量以及表面光潔度等。因此在我們設(shè)計時應(yīng)認(rèn)真分析塑件結(jié)構(gòu),尋求最佳設(shè)計方案并合理選擇成型設(shè)備的規(guī)格和型號。分型面的選擇非常重要,塑件不是平直表面,分型面選擇既要考慮達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)要求,又要不影響塑件表面的美觀。澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計也非常重要,在此次設(shè)計中選擇點澆口,同時設(shè)冷料穴。采用Z形拉料桿,解決了制品出模的問題。編寫塑件模型的成型工藝,并對該注射模結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計分析,編寫該注射模主要零部件的加工工藝卡片,最后對型腔三維仿真加工。該模具設(shè)計包括型腔布置、分型面、排氣系統(tǒng)、澆注系統(tǒng)、側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、加熱冷卻系統(tǒng)、脫模機(jī)構(gòu)、頂出機(jī)構(gòu)以及其他主要零部件的設(shè)計。運用Pro/E三維軟件進(jìn)行三維設(shè)計造型并對模具進(jìn)行裝配,對模具型腔的加工工藝進(jìn)行分析,利用Mastercam軟件進(jìn)行三維仿真加工,其切削過程和切削參數(shù)直觀明顯,對不合理的切削參數(shù)可以改進(jìn),使最大限度地降低能源和材料的消耗,提高切削加工效率。
