摘 要
我們?nèi)粘I钪械拇蠖鄶?shù)塑料產(chǎn)品是采用注塑模成型,隨著社會的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的周期在不斷縮小。所以,在保證產(chǎn)品的功能性、可靠性與可觀性外,更重要的是要縮短產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高設(shè)計(jì)效率。這就要求有先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)思路與方法以及現(xiàn)代化的設(shè)計(jì)工具。
連接座注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)是對設(shè)計(jì)者的一次設(shè)計(jì)工作的綜合檢驗(yàn),本文根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書對塑件進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝分析,在滿足產(chǎn)品功能要求的情況下選擇了通用性材料ABS以減小設(shè)計(jì)成本;模具成型部分采用嵌入式處理方式以方便加工。連接座為中小批量生產(chǎn),所以模具采用一模一腔的結(jié)構(gòu)。分析塑件結(jié)構(gòu),模具采用單分型面結(jié)構(gòu),輪輻式澆口,將型芯分為兩部分,這樣便于加工,分別為大型芯與小型芯。連接座注塑模設(shè)計(jì)借助計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件solidworks對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行三維造型以及模具結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),大大提高了模具的設(shè)計(jì)效率,然后將三維實(shí)體轉(zhuǎn)換為平面圖。通過此次設(shè)計(jì),較為詳細(xì)的、系統(tǒng)性的梳理了一次模具設(shè)計(jì)的流程,進(jìn)一步有了清晰的設(shè)計(jì)思路。

Abstract
Most of our daily lives is the use of plastic injection molding, with the social development, product replacement cycle is shrinking. Therefore, to ensure product functionality, reliability and observability, but more important to shorten the product design cycle and improve design efficiency. This requires advanced design ideas and methods, and modern design tools.
Connecting seat injection mold design is the work of the designer's first design comprehensive examination, the paper according to the design task book on plastic parts for the structure and process analysis, product features to meet the requirements of the case have chosen to reduce the versatile material ABS design costs; mold forming part of the embedded approach to facilitate processing. Connecting seat for small and medium volume production, so the mold cavity using a model of a structure. Analysis of structure of plastic parts, using a single mold parting surface structure and spoke-gate, the core is divided into two parts, so that ease of processing, namely large cell and small cell. Connecting seat injection mold design using computer-aided design software solidworks three-dimensional modeling of the product and mold structure design, greatly improving the efficiency of the design of the mold, and then converted to a three-dimensional solid plan. With this design, a more detailed and systematic combing a mold design process, and further have a clear design ideas.
