對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村衛(wèi)生院現(xiàn)狀的分析與建議

摘要：通過(guò)對(duì)安心、文坪、龍溪、司馬沖四所衛(wèi)生院的規(guī)模，科室設(shè)置，人員結(jié)構(gòu)，技術(shù)設(shè)備，功能任務(wù)，醫(yī)院內(nèi)部管理等情況作了一系列調(diào)查、分析，提出了貫徹“三個(gè)代表”思想，明確指導(dǎo)思想；提出以“人為中心”、開(kāi)展人本管理，狠抓“人才工程”建設(shè)；創(chuàng)辦特色?？?，提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量，加大社會(huì)宣傳力度，引入新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制，改革衛(wèi)生院現(xiàn)行管理體制，加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部管理；進(jìn)行技術(shù)與制度創(chuàng)新等建議。旨在引起政府、有關(guān)部門(mén)與社會(huì)對(duì)農(nóng)村醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的重視與支持，促進(jìn)農(nóng)村醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展，保障老百姓的身心健康。

Summary: By carrying out a series off survey and analysis on the scope,administrtive establishment ，staff structure,technical equipment, function and task,internal
governing system of Anxin,Wenping,Longxi,and simachong the four hospitals.We purl
forward a series of suggestions :carrying out"Three Represents” theory and clarifying this leading theory,making the human the center,carring out the human resource management, and taking charge of "Human Resource Project” construction , setting up featured speciality, improving the quality of service, enlarging the propagation, bringing in new competition mechanism, reforming the present running systerm, strengthening the internal management, conducting the innovation of technique and system .What we have done is to make the society, the government and the related department to pay attention to the country medical and hygienic career in order to promote its development and guarantee
