蟾蜍體表心電圖和心室肌復(fù)合動作電位記錄

摘要
目的 研究心室肌細(xì)胞動作電位與心電圖的關(guān)系，研究心電圖各波的形成原理及生理意義。方法 利用BL-420E生物機(jī)能實驗系統(tǒng)同時記錄蟾蜍心室肌復(fù)合動作電位和心電圖,分析比對其時程關(guān)系。結(jié)果 心室去極波與心室肌動作電位去極相,心室復(fù)極波與心室肌動作電位復(fù)極相在時程上有一一對應(yīng)關(guān)系。結(jié)論 心電圖是總的心肌細(xì)胞動作電位的一種表現(xiàn)形式。

Abstract
Objective to investigate the relationship between action potencial of ventricular muscular cells and electrogram,the original principle and significance of the waves of the electrogram.Methods use BL-420E biological physical experimental system to record the compound action potencial of ventricular muscle and electrogram,analyse and compare their duration. Results depolarization wave and depolarization phase of action potencial of ventricle muscle share some corresponding relationship, and so do repolarization wave and repolarization phase of action potencial of ventricle muscle. Conclusions electrogram reflects action potencial of the aggregation of allthe ventricle muscle cells.
