摘要 網(wǎng)絡組織是一種適應知識社會、信息經(jīng)濟和組織創(chuàng)新要求的新型的組織模式，是一個伴隨環(huán)境演進的復雜系統(tǒng)。本文在分析網(wǎng)絡組織含義與類別的基礎上，從網(wǎng)絡組織環(huán)境的復雜性、不確定性，網(wǎng)絡組織結構的復雜性，網(wǎng)絡組織的動態(tài)性、自相似性、自組織性、自學習性等方面研究網(wǎng)絡組織的復雜性特征。
