摘 要:
現(xiàn)場總線(fieldbus)是用于過程自動化和制造自動化最底層的現(xiàn)場設備或現(xiàn)場儀表互聯(lián)的通信網絡,是現(xiàn)場通信網絡與控制系統(tǒng)的集成。隨著現(xiàn)場總線產品性價比的不斷提高,人們正越來越多地采用現(xiàn)場總線對設備進行監(jiān)控。本次設計通過對LonWorks的應用,使我們對現(xiàn)場總線有個大概的了解。
本次設計是設計一個三層的現(xiàn)場總線模塊,其中把服務器、工程師站和操作員站作為第一層聯(lián)接到以太網,現(xiàn)場總線的設計及總線的通信系統(tǒng)設計作為第二層,現(xiàn)場儀表及裝置為第三層.主要完成的任務是:1、制作實現(xiàn)以太網和Lonworks現(xiàn)場總線相連的 100M/10M協(xié)議轉換器;2、完成Lonworks現(xiàn)場總線與智能儀表相連所需要的RS485模塊;3、實現(xiàn)Lonworks現(xiàn)場總線與PLC裝置相互連接。
