Electronic Commerce Model Based on Business Process Reengineering

Abstract
The electronic commerce system is separated from the other information systems, the cause for this is that there is not a method of integrated it with the internal enterprise process. In this paper, based on the theory of the business process reengineering, we developed a dynamic modeling method of the enterprise capability. Through analyzing the process of the enterprise capability engendered, we find the relationship between the reorganization of enterprise process and the changing of the enterprise capability. The involved key issues were discussed, a general model was formulated for the enterprise capability as well.

基于BPR的企業(yè)電子商務(wù)模式研究

中文摘要： 電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)一直獨(dú)立于企業(yè)內(nèi)部各信息系統(tǒng)，原因是缺乏一種使之與企業(yè)內(nèi)部流程有效集成的方法。本文基于經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程重構(gòu)的思想，提出了一種動(dòng)態(tài)的、面向企業(yè)能力的建模方法。在分析企業(yè)能力產(chǎn)生機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上，給出了企業(yè)過(guò)程調(diào)整與企業(yè)能力變動(dòng)的互動(dòng)反饋結(jié)構(gòu)，建立了對(duì)企業(yè)能力及其變動(dòng)進(jìn)行描述的一般模型，并對(duì)企業(yè)過(guò)程變動(dòng)進(jìn)行了求解分析。
