Abstract
The electronic commerce system is separated from the other information systems, the cause for this is that there is not a method of integrated it with the internal enterprise process. In this paper, based on the theory of the business process reengineering, we developed a dynamic modeling method of the enterprise capability. Through analyzing the process of the enterprise capability engendered, we find the relationship between the reorganization of enterprise process and the changing of the enterprise capability. The involved key issues were discussed, a general model was formulated for the enterprise capability as well.

中文摘要： 電子商務系統(tǒng)一直獨立于企業(yè)內(nèi)部各信息系統(tǒng)，原因是缺乏一種使之與企業(yè)內(nèi)部流程有效集成的方法。本文基于經(jīng)營過程重構的思想，提出了一種動態(tài)的、面向企業(yè)能力的建模方法。在分析企業(yè)能力產(chǎn)生機制的基礎上，給出了企業(yè)過程調(diào)整與企業(yè)能力變動的互動反饋結構，建立了對企業(yè)能力及其變動進行描述的一般模型，并對企業(yè)過程變動進行了求解分析。
