腫瘤化療輔助用藥研究進(jìn)展

摘要
隨著化療在腫瘤治療中地位的提高及越來越多新化療藥物的應(yīng)用，人們對(duì)化療不良反應(yīng)的認(rèn)識(shí)也更加深刻?；煹牟涣挤磻?yīng)可以長(zhǎng)期或暫時(shí)影響患者的生活質(zhì)量，可能限制治療的劑量及療程，嚴(yán)重者有時(shí)還會(huì)危及生命。近年來，化療輔助藥物的發(fā)展對(duì)化療療效的提高及不良反應(yīng)的減少作出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)。
