摘要
隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,在礦山、建材環(huán)衛(wèi)等行業(yè)中,對(duì)物料的篩分、脫水脫介的處理的質(zhì)量要求越來(lái)越高。現(xiàn)有的市場(chǎng)確不能夠提供此類(lèi)振動(dòng)篩。在原有圓振動(dòng)篩的設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)其主要的參數(shù)和機(jī)械性能進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),并在其底座上設(shè)計(jì)了移動(dòng)小車(chē),以及在應(yīng)用中需要注意的問(wèn)題。激振器采用新鄉(xiāng)威猛生產(chǎn)的筒式激振器,重量輕激振效果好。主彈簧采用橡膠復(fù)合彈簧,噪聲小,減振效果好、運(yùn)行安全可靠。采用普通的鋼板篩面,篩分效果好,分級(jí)顆粒較好。

Abstract
Along with the national economy national economy development and the industry fast development, in profession and so on mine, building materials environmental sanitation, to the material screening, the dehydration escapes the processing quality requirement which lies between to be more and more high. The existing market cannot provide this kind of shaker firmly. Sieves in the original circular oscillation in the design foundation, has carried on the optimized design to its main parameter and the machine capability, and designed on its foundation moved the car, as well as question which needed to pay attention in the application. The driver uses the Hsinhsiang barrel type driver, the weight light excitation effect is good. The main spring uses the rubber compound spring, the noise small, reduces inspires the effect well, the movement safe is reliable. Uses the ordinary steel plate screening surface, the screening effect good, the graduation pellet is good.
