摘 要
工件運(yùn)輸機(jī)是在一定的線路上輸送物料的物料搬運(yùn)機(jī)械。輸送機(jī)可進(jìn)行水平、傾斜和垂直輸送,也可組成空間輸送線路,輸送線路一般是固定的。輸送機(jī)輸送能力大,運(yùn)距長,還可在輸送過程中同時(shí)完成若干工藝操作;可以單臺(tái)輸送,也可多臺(tái)組成或與其他輸送設(shè)備組成水平或傾斜的輸送系統(tǒng),以滿足不同布置形式的作業(yè)線需要,所以應(yīng)用十分廣泛。步進(jìn)式工件運(yùn)輸機(jī)是輸送機(jī)的一種,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)間歇的輸送工件。本文以步進(jìn)式工件運(yùn)輸機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)為內(nèi)容,對(duì)總體方案及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)。本文主要設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容和成果如下:首先對(duì)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,就設(shè)計(jì)要求設(shè)計(jì)出滿足工作需求的六桿機(jī)構(gòu),對(duì)桿件的長度進(jìn)行了合理的選擇;其次就執(zhí)行件所需的功率選擇了合適的電機(jī);再次對(duì)傳動(dòng)部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,本文選用了二級(jí)圓柱齒輪減速器進(jìn)行傳動(dòng),在減速器設(shè)計(jì)中選用了斜齒齒輪傳動(dòng);最后在執(zhí)行的六桿機(jī)構(gòu)與減速器之間設(shè)計(jì)了一開式齒輪部件作為過渡,其中采用的是直齒齒輪傳動(dòng)。本文設(shè)計(jì)中設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)構(gòu)與部件均是在滿足功能的前提下盡可能地提高其經(jīng)濟(jì)性、工藝性,力求結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便。

Abstract: Workpiece conveyor material handling machinery conveying in line. Conveyor can be horizontal, tilt and vertical transmission, the space can also be composed of transmission lines, transmission lines are generally fixed. Conveyor transport capacity, long distance, also can be finished in conveying process and some process operation; can be a single delivery, can also be multiple components or other feeding facilities to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system, to meet the different needs of arrangement of the line, so it is used widely. Step type workpiece conveyor is a conveyor, can realize intermittent conveying workpiece. Based on the step-by-step workpiece conveyor design for the content, the innovation design of the overall scheme and structure design. In this paper, the main design content and results are as follows: firstly, the actuator is designed and calculated, is designed to meet the design requirements of six bar mechanism needs, the rod length of a reasonable choice; secondly on the implementation of a power required for selecting the appropriate motor; again on the transmission part design, this paper selects two cylindrical gear reducer for transmission, the reducer design in the selection of helical gear transmission; finally in six bar mechanism execution and reducer design a gear member as the transition, which is used in gear transmission. Mechanism and components design in this design is to meet the function under the premise as far as possible to improve its economy, technology, simple structure, convenient operation and strive to.
