新型鄂式破碎機(jī)設(shè)計
摘 要
鄂式破碎機(jī)是一種傳統(tǒng)的破碎裝置,因?yàn)樗哂泄ぷ骺煽?、制造容易、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、維修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。從1858年首次制造,一直以來在粉碎行業(yè)中被廣泛應(yīng)用。鄂式破碎機(jī)的破碎作業(yè)是在動、定兩塊鄂板之間進(jìn)行的。其中,定鄂板是固定在機(jī)架上的,動鄂板被裝在運(yùn)動的鄂板上,其表面形狀一般為齒形。鄂式破碎機(jī)主要完成破碎與排礦兩種作業(yè),這兩種工作是依靠動鄂板周期性地往復(fù)運(yùn)動完成的。按運(yùn)動形式,鄂式破碎機(jī)有簡擺鄂式破碎機(jī)和復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機(jī)兩種基本形式。前者其動鄂繞機(jī)架上的固定支座作簡單的圓弧擺動;而后者其動鄂在其他機(jī)構(gòu)帶動下作復(fù)雜的圓弧擺動。隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展,復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機(jī)將發(fā)展更大型號,并將逐漸代替簡擺破碎機(jī)。
本設(shè)計采用了新的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,是在傳統(tǒng)復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上,將一個腔變成對稱式的兩個腔,工作時兩腔分別進(jìn)行破碎和排礦工作。這樣,在一個工作周期內(nèi),每一個腔都進(jìn)行了一次排礦和破碎工作,在單位時間內(nèi)產(chǎn)量被提高了一倍。極大的提高了生產(chǎn)率,同時單位產(chǎn)量的功率消耗也降低了。

Design of New-style Jaw Crusher
Abstract
Jaw Crusher is a traditional crusher, because it has a reliable, easy to manufacture, simple, adaptable, and easy maintenance. First manufactured from 1858, it has been widely used in the crushing industry . Jaw crusher crushing operations are moving, fixed jaw plate between the two, in which the fixed jaw plate is fixed on the rack, movable jaw plate is mounted on the moving jaw plate, the surface shape is generally for the tooth. Jaw crusher crushing and discharging was completed for both operating, the two work relies movable jaw plate periodically reciprocating complete. Press the movement form, jaw crusher has simple pendulum jaw crusher and compound pendulum jaw crusher two basic forms. The former movable jaw around its fixed bearing on the rack to make a simple swing arc; while the latter its movable jaw at other institutions driven mainly as a complex swing arc. With industrial development, compound pendulum jaw crusher larger models will be developed and will gradually replace the simple pendulum crusher.
This design uses a new structural design, is in the traditional compound pendulum jaw crusher, based on a cavity into a symmetrical two chambers, working two chambers were crushing and discharging work. Thus, in one work cycle, each chamber have carried out a row of ore and crushing work in the unit time is increased production doubled. Greatly improves productivity, while the power consumption per unit of production is also reduced.
