機(jī)械系統(tǒng)是機(jī)械零、部件同作用的整體,是零部件服務(wù)的目標(biāo)。本次改裝設(shè)計(jì)從分析機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)和目標(biāo)開(kāi)始,介紹改裝和設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)組成部分,各組成部分之間的配置,選擇和結(jié)構(gòu)匹配性設(shè)計(jì),以及進(jìn)行整體改裝和設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)該考慮哪些問(wèn)題,目的是培養(yǎng)多樣性設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新和整體設(shè)計(jì)的能力。
齒輪珩磨是一種低速磨削,是機(jī)械制造業(yè)中缸孔光整加工的常用工藝手段。珩齒加工是近年發(fā)展起來(lái)的一種齒輪精加工方法.
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是齒輪珩磨機(jī)的改裝和設(shè)計(jì),其主要包括主軸箱,珩磨頭,主軸等零件的設(shè)計(jì)。
在論文中首先對(duì)珩齒機(jī)做了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,接著對(duì)珩齒機(jī)的部件組成進(jìn)行了尺寸設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和校核。該設(shè)計(jì)代表了珩齒機(jī)改裝和設(shè)計(jì)的一般過(guò)程。
珩齒機(jī)床作為復(fù)雜的生產(chǎn)工具,最根本的是加工工藝與結(jié)構(gòu)布局改裝和設(shè)計(jì)。在對(duì)機(jī)床的現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改裝,對(duì)機(jī)床的使用工藝和裝備進(jìn)行革新的過(guò)程中,并不是一味的追求先進(jìn),而應(yīng)該力爭(zhēng)改裝方案合理,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單巧妙,經(jīng)濟(jì)效果好.
