價值工程的理論方法

摘 要

本文介紹了價值工程的理論方法、工作原則和開展價值工程的程序步驟。詳細地介紹了滾壓機的產(chǎn)品結構，運用價值工程的方法對滾壓機進行了功能成本分析，找出了功能成本不匹配的零部件：滾輪張刀體、卡座體和調整體作為改進的對象，運用“頭腦風暴法”進行了價值工程的方案創(chuàng)新設計，提出了新的改進方案：改滾輪不張刀，滾輪數(shù)量采用三輪滾壓，調整體采用整體調節(jié)。改進后方便了調節(jié)，保持了剝肋調節(jié)與滾輪調整的協(xié)調一致性，實現(xiàn)了用戶的必要功能，降低了滾壓機的成本，提高了產(chǎn)品的價值。將價值工程與傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品改進方法進行了比較分析，說明了價值工程在產(chǎn)品改進中較傳統(tǒng)方法的優(yōu)越性。分析了價值工程應用在產(chǎn)品改進方面的特點及其在實際開展價值工程活動過程中所需要注意的問題，提出了要有效地開展價值工程活動，必須注重和加強價值工程的組織管理工作，指出了其具體的工作內容，并結合PDCA進行價值工程活動的推進。

Abstract

This text introduced the VE theories method, work principle and the procedure steps that develop VE activity. Introduce the product construction of the rolled and pressed of the machine in detail, making use of the VE method to the rolled and pressed of the machine proceeded the function cost analysis, finding out the unmatched the parts of zero in cost and function: Roll an a knife, card a with the object that adjust be used as the improvement, making use of the " brains storm method" proceeded the VE creative design in project, putting forward the new improvement project: Change to roll round not piece's knife, roll a quantity adopts three rounds roll to press, adjusting adoption the whole regulate. Improvement rear then regulate, keeping shell the rib regulate with roll a coordination of adjustment consistency, realizes the necessary function of the customer, lowered to the cost and increases the value of the product. Make comparison and analysis with the VE and traditional product improving method, we can emphasize that the VE is more advantageous than the traditional method in product improvement.Analyzing the characteristics of the VE applies in product of improving the aspect and the problem that a demand notice in developing VE activity, put forward to want to develop VE activity availably, must make a point of to manage the work with the buildup that enhance the VE, pointed out its in a specific way of work contents and joined with PDCA develop.
