摘 要

工藝過(guò)程是指改變生產(chǎn)對(duì)象的形狀、尺寸、相對(duì)位置和性質(zhì)等,使其成為成品或半成品的過(guò)程。這是一個(gè)與原料改變成為成品直接有關(guān)的過(guò)程。包括毛坯制造、切削與磨削加工、熱處理、裝配等。在制定工藝過(guò)程中,要確定各工序的安裝工位和該工序需要的工步,加工該工序的機(jī)車及機(jī)床的進(jìn)給量,切削深度,主軸轉(zhuǎn)速和切削速度,該工序的夾具,刀具及量具,還有走刀次數(shù)和走刀長(zhǎng)度,最后計(jì)算該工序的基本時(shí)間,輔助時(shí)間和工作地服務(wù)時(shí)間。
夾具是指在機(jī)械制造過(guò)程中,用來(lái)固定加工對(duì)象,使之占有正確的位置,以接受實(shí)施或檢測(cè)的裝備。機(jī)床夾具有通用與專用兩類。通用夾具作為機(jī)床附件已標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化,適合于工件形狀比較規(guī)則的單一、小批量零件的裝夾。而專用夾具,是按工件的加工需要專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)的夾具。本設(shè)計(jì)為了滿足對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)連接端蓋的加工精度及批量生產(chǎn)的要求特設(shè)計(jì)了兩套專用夾具。
本設(shè)計(jì)特繪制了電動(dòng)機(jī)連接端蓋的零件圖,熟悉了零件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)要求。確定了毛坯的種類及制造方法,繪制了毛坯圖。擬定了零件的機(jī)械加工工藝過(guò)程,選擇各工序的加工設(shè)備和工藝裝備,確定各工序的加工余量和工序尺寸,計(jì)算個(gè)工序的切削用量和工時(shí)定額。設(shè)計(jì)了指定工序的專用夾具,并繪制了裝配總圖和部分主要零件圖。

Abstract: Process refers to a change in the production of objects, properties, such as shape, size, relative position and make it become the finished product or semi-finished products. This is a process of raw materials into finished products directly related. Including blank manufacturing, cutting and grinding, heat treatment, assembly, etc. In the process of making process, to determine the installation location of each process step and the work of the process need, locomotives and machine tools in processing the process feed, cutting depth, spindle speed and cutting speed, the process of fixture, cutting tools and measuring tool, and feeding frequency and feeding length, finally calculated the process of basic time, auxiliary time and service time is carried out.
Jig is to point to in the process of mechanical manufacturing, used for fixed processing object, make it has a correct position, to implement or test equipment. Machine tool holder with gm and dedicated two categories. General jig as machine tool accessories have standardization, seriation, suitable for the workpiece shape comparison rules of the clamping of a single, small batch parts. And special fixture, by the workpiece machining needs specially designed fixture. This design in order to meet the connection of motor in the end cover of the machining precision and mass production requirements, two sets of special fixture is designed.
This design, draw the parts drawing for motor connection end cover, familiar with the structure features and technical requirements of the parts. Determine the type and manufacturing method of blank, drawing the blank drawing. Drew up parts of the machining process, select the processing equipment and process equipment of each process and determine the machining allowance of each process and procedure dimension, calculating process of cutting dosage and man-hour quota. Design the special jig, of the specified process and draw the assembly drawing and part of the main parts drawing.
