拖拉機變速箱體三面攻螺紋組合機床總體及夾具設(shè)計
摘 要:拖拉機變速箱體是需要大量生產(chǎn)的零件。為了提高加工精度和生產(chǎn)效率,需要設(shè)計一臺組合機床來改善拖拉機變速箱體的加工情況。本課題設(shè)計的是拖拉機變速箱體三面攻螺紋組合機床。用于加工被加工零件左、右、后三個面上的31個M10的螺紋底孔、4個M14的螺紋底孔、和4個M16的螺紋底孔。一次裝夾同時完成39個孔的加工。根據(jù)拖拉機變速箱體三面的攻螺紋的位置、加工精度等主要的設(shè)計原始數(shù)據(jù),設(shè)計出技術(shù)上先進,經(jīng)濟上合理和工作上可靠的三面攻螺紋的組合機床。本設(shè)計的基本思路是,首先對拖拉機變速箱體結(jié)構(gòu)進行工藝性分析,確定整體的設(shè)計方案,提出一種可行性比較高的設(shè)計方案;再進行組合機床方案圖樣文件設(shè)計:被加工零件加工工序圖,加工示意圖,機床聯(lián)系尺寸圖以及生產(chǎn)率計算卡。夾具設(shè)計時,首先確定夾緊方案、定位方式和夾緊力的計算,然后選用相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)部件和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,繪制夾具裝備圖和夾具的相關(guān)的零件圖。

Design of General and clamp of Modular Machine Tool for Tapping on Three-Side of Tractor Gear Box
Abstract: The tractor gear box is a product which needs mass production. In order to prove the disposition and the production efficiency, it needs to design a high effective modular machine tool to improve the production of the tractor gear box. My topic design is the tractor gear box body three tapping modular machine-tool. It used in the machined parts left ,right and back on the three surface 31 entries M10 bottom holes of the thread, 4 entries M14 bottom holes of the thread, and 4 entries M16 bottom holes of the thread. The 39 holes are completed in only one clamping. According to the main design primary data of the position on three-side and machining precision and so on. The modular machine tool is designed in the technology advanced, in economy reasonable and in work reliable. This basic thought of the design is first to process analysis on the tractor gear box, and determine the whole design proposal. A high feasibility plan is designed. Then the modular machine tool plan drawing is designed: working procedure of machined parts, machining sketch chart, machine tools size relation drawing as well as productivity computing card. When the clamp is designed, first determines the clamp plan, the manner of orientating, and the clamping force computation, then choices the standard parts. And the fixture assembly diagram and its related part drawing are planned.
