摘 要
快速成型(RP)技術(shù)是近年來倍受學(xué)術(shù)界和制造業(yè)關(guān)注的一種先進(jìn)成型制造技術(shù)。目前世界上占主導(dǎo)地位的5種RP成型方法其基本原理業(yè)己完善,針對具體的RP系統(tǒng)如何在不增加昂貴的附加成本的同時,進(jìn)一步提高成型效率、提高成型件的精度、完善成型件性能以及盡量擴(kuò)展成型件的適用范圍是發(fā)展RP技術(shù)的重要課題.作者正是基于以上觀點(diǎn),就高分子粉末材料的激光選區(qū)燒結(jié)(SLS)快速成型技術(shù)中的成型精度、成型時間、掃描路徑、成型件的后處理及成型件在制模中的應(yīng)用問題開展了深入的研究。將所研究結(jié)果應(yīng)用于設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)中,提高成型機(jī)工作合理性。
選擇性激光燒結(jié)工藝(SLS)又稱為激光選區(qū)燒結(jié)。是借助精確引導(dǎo)的激光束使材料粉末燒結(jié)或熔融后凝固形成三維原型或制件。該工藝方法是由美國得克薩斯大學(xué)奧斯丁(Austin)分校的C.R.Dechard于1989年研制成功的。
目前研究SLS的有DTM公司,E.O.S公司,3D Systems公司,北京隆源公司,華中科技大學(xué),華北工學(xué)院,南京航空航天大學(xué)等。其中,最早將SLS市場化的是DTM公司。
作者對比DTM,EOS兩大公司的經(jīng)典設(shè)計(jì)方案,改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu),增強(qiáng)工作性能,試圖將新的思想帶入到SLS成型機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)中。

The Selective Laser Sinter
Abstract
Rapid Prototyping( RP)is an advanced forming and processing technology that is followed with interest by researchers and manufactures in recent years. Now the basic principles of five kinds of RP technology, which dominate in the world, have been integrated. To special RP systems, it is an important subject how to decrease forming time, improve the prototyping precision and extend the utilization area of prototyping without extra expensive cost. Just on the basis of all above opinions, the research on the forming precision, forming time, scanning path, post-treatment and RT of SLS on the high molecular powder materials is preceded. The result of this research has been successfully applied into the system and has great effect on manufacturing qualified parts, also is a foundation of ameliorating this system.
The Selective Laser Sinter(SLS) is also named Laser Selectivity Sinter. It can make the datum powder sinter or blend to three-dimensional antitype by dint of exactitude introductory laser. This craftwork is created in 1989 by an American, C.R.Dechard, who lived in the Austin.
Now, there are many company studying the SLS in the world, for example , the DTM, E.O.S, 3D Systems. And there are also many company in our country, for instance, Beijing Longyuan Lst., the middle of China science and technology University. But the first company who made the SLS commercial is the DTM.
Author would like compare the design blue print of DTM and E.O.S, and improve the design, also try to take a new idea into the SLS.

Rapid Prototyping( RP)is an advanced forming and processing technology that is followed with interest by researchers and manufactures in recent years. Now the basic principles of five kinds of RP technology, which dominate in the world, have been integrated. To special RP systems, it is an important subject how to decrease forming time, improve the prototyping precision and extend the utilization area of prototyping without extra expensive cost. Just on the basis of all above opinions, the research on the forming precision, forming time, scanning path, post-treatment and RT of SLS on the high molecular powder materials is preceded.
