摘 要：本文對(duì)自然保護(hù)區(qū)發(fā)展生態(tài)旅游的積極作用和消極影響進(jìn)行了較全面的分析，提出了要確保自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)旅游的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，必須制定全國(guó)自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)旅游發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，編制各級(jí)生態(tài)旅游規(guī)劃，建立全國(guó)自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)旅游信息服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系，以及加強(qiáng)自然保護(hù)區(qū)生態(tài)旅游管理工作等措施。

Abstract：The article gave relatively comprehensive analysis of posi tive and negative effects on the natural reserves when they develop eco-tourism ，a nd it also put forward that if the sustainable development of eco-tourism of na t ural reserves was guaranteed,a nation wide development strategies must be drawn up, a plan at different levels must be made,a nation wide information service networ k must be established and its management must be strengthened.
