摘要：管理信息系統(tǒng)是有效管理、正確決策和實現(xiàn)管理現(xiàn)代化的重要手段，作為一門新興學科，它綜合了管理科學與工程、計算機科學、經(jīng)濟理論、統(tǒng)計學和運籌學等許多學科的概念和方法，形成了獨特的體系和領(lǐng)域。采用計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)來處理一些日常業(yè)務(wù)，對于推進人事制度改革，提高工作效率等方面都將產(chǎn)生重大的影響。
本文系統(tǒng)的介紹了一個管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程，包括MBA教學管理信息系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計和實施的全過程，并給出了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)中的主要文檔。

Abstract：Management Information System (MIS) is an important way to manage effectively, make policy rightly and accomplish the modernization of management. MIS as a new subject, synthesize many intensions and way of lots of subjects such as management science and enginring, computer science, economic theory, statisties and operational research, and evolve specific system and scope. It will brings great effect for promoting personnel matters innovation, improving work efficiency to use computer net and database to handle some businesses.
This paper systemly presents the design proess of MIS, concluding the whole process of analysis, design, completion of MBA Teacher MIS, also brings out the main text for system design.
