淺談清入關(guān)前后對(duì)漢族統(tǒng)治政策的調(diào)整

[內(nèi)容摘要] 以清太祖、太宗及世祖統(tǒng)治時(shí)期的歷史為研究范圍，從民族政策角度出發(fā)，分析入關(guān)前后清（后金）統(tǒng)治者對(duì)漢民族實(shí)行的統(tǒng)治政策，并對(duì)清（后金）統(tǒng)治者順應(yīng)歷史發(fā)展潮流，積極調(diào)整其民族政策予以肯定。

Abstract: It studies the reigns of the first, the second and the third emperors of Qing Dynasty. From the angle of national policies, it analyzes the ruling policies on Han nationality before and after conquering the whole country. And it supports that the emperors of Qing Dynasty followed the tide of history development and adjust its national policies.
