摘 要：鋼板校平剪板機(jī)是鋼板廠和鋼材庫房的重要設(shè)備。針對傳統(tǒng)裁剪機(jī)系統(tǒng)存在的控制精度低等問題，研制了一種基于臺達(dá)工控產(chǎn)品的460mm幅寬成卷鋼板校平剪板機(jī)自動控制系統(tǒng)。文中主要討論了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計及研制過程中的某些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)細(xì)節(jié)。經(jīng)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐應(yīng)用說明該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計是成功的，控制精度高，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠，對于類似的間歇式裁剪系統(tǒng)經(jīng)適當(dāng)修改也可適用，有推廣應(yīng)用意義。 關(guān)鍵詞：定長剪切 快速定位算法 剪切控制系統(tǒng)
Abstract: It is an important equipment to cutting machine of armor plate smoothing for armor plate factory and rolled steel depot. Aimed at the existent problems, such as lower in control precision etc for traditional control system of cutting machine, the author researched and made a sort of automatic control system of cutting machine with plain adjustment function for 460mm wide armor plate based on industrial control product solution of Delta company. It is mainly discussed to system design as well as some key technical detail in the process of research and manufacture. By way of
production practice and application, the result shows that it is successful in design, higher in control precision, stationary and reliable in running, and practicable for similar intermission cutting system through suitable modification. The system has engineering meaning of generalization and application.
