實(shí)訓(xùn)設(shè)計(jì)的目的,是使學(xué)生用所學(xué)各科理論和知識和技能進(jìn)行的一次綜合性的應(yīng)用。本說明書敘述的是窗簾環(huán)滾輪注射模的設(shè)計(jì)。通過對窗簾環(huán)滾輪的工藝分析,設(shè)計(jì)了一套一模三塑件的塑料模具。
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是通過對塑件的形狀、尺寸及其精度的要求來進(jìn)行注射成型工藝的可行性分析。塑件的成型工藝性主要包括塑件的壁厚,斜度和圓角以及是否有抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)。通過以上的分析來確定模具分型面、型腔數(shù)目、澆口形式、位置大?。黄渲凶钪匾氖谴_定型芯和型腔的結(jié)構(gòu),例如是采用整體式還是鑲拼式,以及它們的定位和固緊方式。此外還分析了模具受力,脫模機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),合模導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)等。最后繪制完整的模具裝配總圖和主要的模具零件圖及編制成型零部件的制造加工工藝過程路線。全書文字簡明,圖表、數(shù)據(jù)翔實(shí),所設(shè)計(jì)的模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊、動作平穩(wěn)可靠、制造成本低,具有一定的可操作性。
