摘要  自行式液壓升降車是將剪叉式的升降臺放在由兩個液壓馬達驅動的小車上，擔負生產車間中中物料的運輸、儲存、裝卸物料等任務，以便節(jié)省人的體力勞動，節(jié)約時間，提高加工效率。
　　　自行式液壓升降車主要由行走系統(tǒng)，電氣控制系統(tǒng)和液壓控制系統(tǒng)三部分組成。將小車底盤作為工作臺，液壓馬達和液壓系統(tǒng)都安裝在上面，由接觸器-繼電器來控制電動機和電磁閥，從而控制液壓馬達的轉速和液壓缸的活塞速度，以實現(xiàn)規(guī)定的動作，即：液壓泵驅動兩個液壓馬達和一個液壓缸以實現(xiàn)車輪的轉動和液壓缸的伸縮。由于這幾個機構不是同時工作，泵的最大流量由這幾個機構中流量最大的機構所決定。

Title  Self-propelled hydraulic lift truck design
Abstract
Self-propelled hydraulic lift truck that put scissors-type lifting platform on the car is driven by two hydraulic motors, and take in the workshop materials in transport, storage, loading and unloading of materials and so on. It is to save people's physical labor, save time and improve processing efficiency.
Self-propelled hydraulic lift truck mainly by running the system, electrical control system and hydraulic control system composed of three parts. The car chassis as a table, hydraulic motors and hydraulic systems are installed in the top of it. The contactors and relays control hydraulic motor and solenoid valve to control the rotational speed of hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinder piston to achieve the required action. That is, hydraulic pump drive two hydraulic motors and a hydraulic cylinder to achieve the rotation of the wheel and telescopic hydraulic cylinder. Since the work of these bodies are not the same time, the maximum pump flow of by these agencies determine by the largest bodies.
