摘要:目的 觀察果糖凍干粉針、葡萄糖溶液分別與多烯磷脂酰膽堿注射液配伍前、后不溶性微粒的變化和配伍情況,為臨床選擇不同溶媒與多烯磷脂酰膽堿注射液配伍提供參考。方法 用pH計(jì)測(cè)定各溶液的pH,并按照“不溶性微粒檢查法”,采用ZWF-J6激光注射液微粒分析儀檢查微粒的變化。結(jié)果 各溶液配伍后pH值沒有太大的變化,且溶液澄清,但多烯磷脂酰膽堿注射液與果糖凍干粉針配伍較多烯磷脂酰膽堿注射液與葡萄糖溶液配伍后的微粒數(shù)明顯增加,但微粒數(shù)都未超過藥典規(guī)定。結(jié)論 果糖凍干粉針可以與多烯磷脂酰膽堿注射液配伍,但要考慮對(duì)不溶性微粒數(shù)的控制。

Abstract:Purpose To observe the change of insoluble particles of fructose for injection and glucose solution after compatibility with polyene phosphatidylcholine injection and to offer the reference of choosing a different solvent of polyene phosphatidylcholine injection for clinical practice. Methods To use the pH meter to determine the pH of each solution and to check the particles through the use of ZWF-J6 laser analyzer of particles of injection according to "Insoluble Particles Test". Results There is little change of pH after the compatibility of various solutions and each solution is clear, but more particles have been found significantly in fructose solution than glucose solution after compatibility with polyene phosphatidylcholine injection and none of them exceeds the criterion according to pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The compatibility of fructose for injection and polyene phosphatidylcholine injection is feasible, but the control of insoluble particles should be considered.
