某醫(yī)院急診藥房藥品使用情況調(diào)查與分析

摘要：目的 調(diào)查某醫(yī)院急診藥房2012年藥品使用情況，為了急診合理規(guī)范用藥提供依據(jù)。方法 運用限定藥品每日劑量法、處方篩選法、銷出金額排序法對急診中的藥品用量情況調(diào)查統(tǒng)計。結(jié)果 抗微生物藥物銷出金額第一，再者是血液系統(tǒng)藥物；調(diào)查表明用藥金額與頻度的同步性最好的是疏風(fēng)解毒膠囊，維生素C注射液的用藥用量頻度排名第一；急診抗菌藥應(yīng)用率為28.44%， 頭孢菌素類品種和應(yīng)用比例最大。結(jié)論 急診藥房藥品結(jié)構(gòu)基本規(guī)范合理，存在的少數(shù)不合理使用藥品狀況，需要改善改進(jìn)。
