摘要：了解并分析近5年廈門市第二醫(yī)院抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用情況，為臨床合理使用抗菌藥物提供參考依據(jù)，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)醫(yī)院抗菌藥物的合理使用。通過(guò)廈門市第二醫(yī)院信息科通用報(bào)表管理系統(tǒng)收集廈門市第二醫(yī)院2007 -2011年抗菌藥物使用情況，并隨機(jī)抽查廈門市第二醫(yī)院2007-2011年病例，進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，掌握相關(guān)措施對(duì)抗菌藥物使用的干預(yù)效果。2011年相比2007年廈門市第二醫(yī)院門診抗菌藥物使用率下降7.10%，住院使用率下降10.13%，Ⅰ類切口手術(shù)預(yù)防率下降15.05%，抗菌藥物使用強(qiáng)度下降38.41DDD（DDD:成人限定日劑量），抗感染治療標(biāo)本檢測(cè)率上升30.30%，抗菌藥物使用合格率內(nèi)科上升31.31%，外科上升42.75%，抗菌藥物使用在相關(guān)措施下在不斷規(guī)范化，抗菌藥物合理使用比率在提高。只有不斷加強(qiáng)抗菌藥物臨床應(yīng)用管理，對(duì)醫(yī)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行規(guī)范抗菌藥物使用的教育，真正落實(shí)監(jiān)督管理機(jī)制，才能使得抗菌藥物使用合理性顯著提高，臨床不合理用藥的現(xiàn)象逐步得到改善。

Abstract:Through understanding and analyzing the use of antimicrobial agents in Xiamen No.2 Hospital in recent years, we provide reference data to the clinical use of antimicrobial agents and promote the rational use of antimicrobial agents.Through the General Report Management System from Information Department of Xiamen No.2 Hospital, we collect the use data of antimicrobial agents from 2007 to 2011 and run a spot check about related cases of the Xiamen No.2 Hospital form 2007 to2011 in order to do statistical analysis. Finally, we master the intervention effect about related measures which were taken in use of antimicrobial agents. Compared to 2007, utilization rate of outpatient antibiotics agents in the Xiamen No.2 Hospital decreased by 7.10% in 2011 as well as inpatient utilization rate decreased by 10.13% and classⅠ incision prevention rate also fell by 5.05%. The application strength of antimicrobial agents fell 38.41 DDD（DDD: defined daily dose）. Specimen detection rate increased by 30.30%. As for antimicrobial agents application pass rate, medicine increased by 31.31% and surgery increased by 42.75%. Overall, The application of antimicrobial agents has been constantly standardized due to relevant measures and the rate of rational use about antibiotics is improving in the Xiamen No.2 Hospital. Only by constantly strengthening the management of antimicrobial agents application, regularly educating the medical staff about standard application of antimicrobial agents, and a real implement of the supervision and management mechanism, can the rate of rational application of antimicrobial agents be significantly enhanced and phenomenon of irrational drug use be gradually improved.
