Title  The Official Information Management System
        

Abstract
　　　Along with the Internet unceasing popularization, the E-government system has become a necessary management tools for a modern government. The Official Information Management System is an important part of e-government. This system utilizes the JSP technology and the database principle based on Browser / Server model to achieve the development of the official information management.
　　　  The system divides into the manager and the average consumer module two main parts. The manager module's function stresses in manages the official and department's information, the average consumer module's function mainly uses to achieve their official civil service management, such as the receipt and processing documents.
　　　The main contribution of this paper includes:
　　　1. Introducing the technology of the development and the basic concept about the system.
　　　2. Explaining the method for actualizing each function module and the key technique in this design.
