本課題利用了基于Windows平臺(tái)開發(fā)的Visual Basic語言來進(jìn)行直齒圓柱齒輪的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)。程序的目的就是在Visual Basic中輸入齒輪的有關(guān)參數(shù)，由 Solidworks 2003來自動(dòng)生成齒輪實(shí)體。程序提供了良好的輸入界面，操作簡單、方便，輸入?yún)?shù)后，就能完成計(jì)算、校核、預(yù)覽模型、生成實(shí)體等功能，為設(shè)計(jì)者提供了良好的設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境。與所有的軟件相仿，程序提供保存了功能。與以往的手工齒輪設(shè)計(jì)相比較，參數(shù)化的設(shè)計(jì)方法具有效率高，齒型精度高，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)間短等特點(diǎn)。
