摘   要 

　　　商品融資是指基于儲(chǔ)備物、存貨或在交易所交易應(yīng)收商品進(jìn)行的結(jié)構(gòu)性短期信貸。由于相關(guān)當(dāng)事人對該項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)缺乏深入和細(xì)致的了解，商品融資業(yè)務(wù)在發(fā)展過程中產(chǎn)生了商品的質(zhì)押風(fēng)險(xiǎn)其在轉(zhuǎn)移交付、質(zhì)物監(jiān)管、滾動(dòng)質(zhì)押、動(dòng)產(chǎn)擔(dān)保物權(quán)競合等方面會(huì)給商業(yè)銀行的信貸資產(chǎn)安全帶來一些不利的影響。商品融資是以商品質(zhì)押為擔(dān)保方式的一種短期融資業(yè)務(wù)，他能夠有效地盤活借款企業(yè)的存貨，幫助解決企業(yè)的資金融通問題。但商品本身處于一種動(dòng)態(tài)流轉(zhuǎn)的經(jīng)營過程，在轉(zhuǎn)移交付、質(zhì)物監(jiān)管、滾動(dòng)質(zhì)押、物權(quán)競合等方面必然會(huì)給商業(yè)銀行的信貸資產(chǎn)安全帶來一些不利的影響。因此著重探討商品融資業(yè)務(wù)中的質(zhì)押風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并從立法層面和實(shí)務(wù)操作層面提出應(yīng)對措施，以期對我商品融資業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)踐有所裨益。

Commodity Finance Risk and Its Pledge to Study

Abstract

　　Commodity financing is to point to things, stock or based on reserve in exchange accounts receivable goods of the structural short term credit. Because our country imperfect legislation and lagging ,and related parties to the business is a lack of advanced and detailed understanding, commodity finance business in the process of the development of the goods produced in its pledge risk transfer delivery, pledge supervision, rolling pledge, chattel concurrence of real rights for security aspects to Banks will be the credit assets safety brought some unfavorable influences. But because commodity itself in a dynamic flow of business process, in the transfer delivery, pledge supervision, rolling pledge, the real right competition, etc will give commercial bank credit assets safety brought some adverse effects. Therefore on financing business risk of goods pledge, and from the legislation level and practical operation level corresponding measures for our country to commodity finance business practice beneficial.
