摘    要
   隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)和城市化進(jìn)程的加速,作為一個(gè)城市規(guī)劃師和建筑史也得到了空前的機(jī)遇積極引導(dǎo)中國(guó)走向成熟和促進(jìn)新興城市的發(fā)展。中產(chǎn)階級(jí)的日趨壯大和城市化進(jìn)程的快速發(fā)展無(wú)意給城市帶來(lái)了許多巨大的機(jī)遇。[1]上海、北京等一線城市正在日趨飽和,許多在中國(guó)的二、三城市卻在以空前的速度發(fā)展著。但就開(kāi)發(fā)而言,美國(guó)和歐洲的大部分城市已經(jīng)飽和,他們只是對(duì)已有的建筑和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施進(jìn)行翻新,但是中國(guó)的情況完全不同,大部分都是新建的項(xiàng)目,這為動(dòng)態(tài)的理性增長(zhǎng)和綜合業(yè)態(tài)開(kāi)發(fā)提供了非常好的機(jī)遇。新的開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目不僅會(huì)帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而且也成為了我國(guó)城市建設(shè)和人民生活改善的重要部分,綜合體建筑的發(fā)展和規(guī)模說(shuō)明了,這不單是城市發(fā)展的需要,從更深層的意義來(lái)理解,它更是國(guó)家和城市結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,結(jié)構(gòu)改善的一系列重要問(wèn)題的體現(xiàn)。綜合體建筑特殊的角色和功能對(duì)常識(shí)有重要的影響,城市綜合體與城市各方面的良性互動(dòng)發(fā)展息息相關(guān),密不可分。綜合體的核心價(jià)值可以歸納為五點(diǎn):城市的價(jià)值空間。建筑可以突破其自身功能,去接納城市的職能;城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。其能帶動(dòng)商業(yè)、交通配套設(shè)施、教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)城市化的進(jìn)程;城市的文化價(jià)值。不僅包括集聚、輻射、互動(dòng)的作用,還包括品牌、輔助和文化作用。

ABSTRACT
   With the acceleration of China's sustained economic growth and urbanization, as an urban planner and architectural history has been an unprecedented opportunity to actively guide China to mature and to promote the development of new cities. The middle class increasingly expanding the rapid development and urbanization do not intend to have brought a lot of great opportunities. Shanghai, Beijing and other cities are becoming saturated, and many two or three cities in China is developing at an unprecedented rate.
