摘 要
　　　目前出口信用保險(xiǎn)已經(jīng)成為國際貿(mào)易中不可缺少的工具。出口信用保險(xiǎn)主要承保被保險(xiǎn)人因國外買方風(fēng)險(xiǎn)或所在國國家風(fēng)險(xiǎn)引起的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,是各國政府支持出口、防范收匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的國際通行做法,是世貿(mào)組織規(guī)則允許的貿(mào)易促進(jìn)措施,具有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障、出口促進(jìn)、政策導(dǎo)向等重要作用。
　　　本論文主要圍繞出口信用保險(xiǎn)這一中心，從出口信用保險(xiǎn)的現(xiàn)狀入題，了解在國內(nèi)外出口信用保險(xiǎn)的歷史與現(xiàn)狀，分析出口信用保險(xiǎn)可以有效解決和防范出口企業(yè)收匯風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及出口信用保險(xiǎn)在出口貿(mào)易當(dāng)中起的作用,得出出口信用是否推動著企業(yè)往前發(fā)展。把得到的結(jié)論應(yīng)用在xx工藝品貿(mào)易公司的開展出口信用保險(xiǎn)當(dāng)中，得出了xx公司存在著對出口信用保險(xiǎn)的意識淡薄及不重視、缺乏專門的出口信用保險(xiǎn)管理部門、專業(yè)人才的匱乏等問題，總結(jié)出了xx貿(mào)易公司開張出口信用保險(xiǎn)的必要性，并提出有針對性的對策及建議。

The Export Credit Insurance mainly insures the economic loss which because the insured the overseas buyer risk or the country risk causes, is various countries' government supports the export, the guard exchange-earning risk international general procedure, is the World Trade Organization rule permission trade promotion measure, has the risk safeguard, the export to promote, the policy guidance and so on influential role.
　　　The present paper mainly revolves Export Credit Insurance this center, enters the topic from Export Credit Insurance's present situation, understood that in the domestic and foreign export credit guarantee's history and the present situation, the analysis export credit guarantee may the effective addressing and the guard Export enterprise exchange-earning risk as well as the export credit guarantee in the middle of the export trade the function, obtains the export credit whether to impel the enterprise to proceed to develop. Conclusion application which obtains in middle DongSheng handicraft Trading company's development Export Credit Insurance, obtained DongSheng Corporation to exist the Export Credit Insurance consciousness light and does not take, to lack the special Export Credit Insurance Control section, the professional deficient and so on questions, summarized the Dongsheng Trading company to be open for business the export credit guarantee necessity, and proposed the target-oriented countermeasure and the suggestion.
