摘 要：本文采用塔菲爾極化曲線(xiàn)法和交流阻抗法，在常溫條件下，研究了600鎳基合金在硫酸鹽溶液中的腐蝕電化學(xué)行為，并初步分析了其腐蝕電化學(xué)行為的機(jī)理。以及在300℃條件下， 600鎳基合金在硫酸鹽溶液中的腐蝕行為。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，硫酸根對(duì)600鎳基合金有很強(qiáng)的腐蝕加快作為，濃度越大腐蝕加速的效應(yīng)越明顯，同時(shí)在高溫條件下，600鎳基合金出現(xiàn)了點(diǎn)蝕的腐蝕形態(tài)。

Study on corrosion behavior of Alloy 600 effected by sodium sulfate
Abstract: In this paper, the corrosion behaviors of Alloy 600 effected by the sodium sulfate were investigated by AC impedance technique and Tafel technique, and the machanism of electrochemical corrosion behavior of Alloy 600 was analysed roughly. At the same time, high temperature corrosion behaviors of Alloy 600 in sodium sulfate were studied in autoclave. The result shows that sodium sulfate could accelerate corrosion velocity of Alloy 600 obviously; And Allay 600 suffer pitting corrosion in the sodium sulfate solution at high temperature, and also the surface of Alloy 600 was covered by the oxides.
