長樂中茂岱湖城1#2# 33層高層項目混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工質(zhì)量缺陷與控制措施

摘    要

　　　本混凝土施工質(zhì)量控制論文是長樂中茂岱湖城1#2# 33層高層項目工程的施工圖紙、國家規(guī)范及各項工程驗收標準進行編制的，主要是對該工程施工全局統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃的過程，用以協(xié)調(diào)理順各工序之間的關(guān)系，正確指導本工程施工活動。施工組織設(shè)計是用來指導工程施工全過程中各項活動的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟和組織的綜合性文件。通過制定施工方案，安排合理的施工順序，用現(xiàn)代管理手段制定資金、勞力、物質(zhì)、機械、設(shè)備計劃。本論文作為混凝土施工組織一部分，它將使建筑施工活動協(xié)調(diào)有序進行，以提高工作效率，達到縮短工期降低成本爭創(chuàng)優(yōu)質(zhì)的效果。長樂中茂岱湖城1#2# 33層高層項目工程，其中2#樓為榕城杯工程。本工程力爭安全生產(chǎn)施工確保達到省級優(yōu)秀工程文明施工樣板工地。

ABSTRACT

　　　The quality control of concrete construction is based on Chang Le Zhong Mao Dai Hu City 1 # 2 # 33-story high-rise construction project drawings, national norms and acceptance criteria of various projects for the preparation, mainly for the construction of a global overall planning process, with the to coordinate rationalize the relationship between the various processes, the correct guidance of the construction activity. Construction design is used to guide the whole process of construction activities of technical, economic and organizational comprehensive document. Through the development of the construction plan, proper arrangement of the construction sequence, using modern management tools to develop financial, labor, materials, machinery, equipment plan. This thesis is concrete construction organization, it will be coordinated construction activities in order to improve efficiency, reduce costs and striving to shorten the duration of high-quality results. Chang Le Zhong Mao Dai Hu City 1 # 2 # 33-story high-rise project, including 2 # floor for the Rong Cheng cup works. The project construction to ensure safe production and strive to achieve the provincial outstanding engineering model of civilized construction site.
