1 引言
塑料具有密度小、質(zhì)量輕而強度高、剛度大、絕緣性著色性好、成型方便等優(yōu)點,成為20世紀(jì)發(fā)展最快材料之一。各種各樣、形狀顏色各異的塑料零配件出現(xiàn)在我國工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)及日常生活當(dāng)中。以塑代鋼、以塑代木已成為一種趨勢。本文采取日常生活中嬰幼兒哺乳奶瓶蓋設(shè)計,介紹一種成型內(nèi)螺紋塑件的新型塑料模具。在螺紋的成型與推出方式上采用斜滑塊的形式,取代傳統(tǒng)螺紋塑件的強制脫模或旋轉(zhuǎn)脫模的方式,保證螺紋塑件的精度。其中模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是這次設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容,其內(nèi)容包含了模具的分型面選擇、主流道及分流道的設(shè)計與布局,推出機構(gòu)導(dǎo)向機構(gòu),鉸鏈的設(shè)計等一系列模具的重要零部件的設(shè)計加工方法和加工注意要點。這樣更有利于加工人員的一線操作,使其通俗易懂加工方便。本次設(shè)計不僅讓我熟悉了課本所學(xué)的知識,而且讓我做到所學(xué)的運用到實踐當(dāng)中,更讓我了解了塑料模具設(shè)計的全過程和加工實踐的各種要點。使我在本次設(shè)計實踐當(dāng)中有一個質(zhì)的飛躍。
Introduction
Plastic with a density, quality of light and high strength, stiffness, insulation, and good color, shape and easy, in the 20th century, one of the fastest growing material. Variety, shapes, different colors of plastic parts in our industry, agriculture and daily life. To plastic and steel, plastic and wood has become a trend. This article in the daily life of infants and young children to nursing bottle cap design, introduces a thread forming a new type of plastic mold plastic parts. Introduction of the thread forming and inclined slider with the way the form of plastic parts to replace the traditional threaded or rotational force stripping stripping way to ensure the accuracy of threaded plastic parts. Die structure design is one of the main elements of this design, which contains the mold parting line selection, main channel and diversion channel design and layout, the introduction of body-oriented body, hinge design and a series of important parts of the mold design and processing methods and processing points to note. This line is more conducive to processing of personnel action, making it easy to understand, easy to process. This design is not only familiar with the textbooks I have learned, but I do use what they have learned into practice, made me understand the whole process of plastic mold design and processing practices of the various points. That I practice in this design, there is a qualitative leap.
