本論文是關(guān)于2700 m3LPG船總體方案設(shè)計與性能計算過程。LPG即液化石油氣,本船適裝C3 和C4類液化石油氣,包括丙烯、丁烯、丁二烯及上述貨品的混合液化氣。是一首全壓式LPG船。
選用本論文主要是考慮到國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,對液化石油氣的需求量逐漸的增大,而且液化石油氣作為高效,清潔,方便使用及儲藏量大的能源。但是,由于我國東西部的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和人口數(shù)量都極不平衡,東部經(jīng)濟發(fā)展快,人口密集;西部經(jīng)濟發(fā)展慢, 人口稀少,所以東部的能源需求量較西部大。所以,想要把西部的能源運輸?shù)綎|部,單靠管道運輸是很不經(jīng)濟的,而且LPG作為氣體能源,管道運輸?shù)倪^程中損耗也較大。LPG船作為一種運輸LPG的海上交通工具,對運輸成本和LPG的利用率都有大大改善。
LPG船是一種科技含量比通船型高的船,其制造工藝比一般船型都要難和精確,所以我國從開始研發(fā)和制造這樣一種船型,對我國的造船技術(shù)是一種挑戰(zhàn)。
根據(jù)任務(wù)書的要求,本船在設(shè)計中采用了球首和球尾,這樣可以改善阻力性能,并能提高推進(jìn)效率。因為本船是海船,吃水不會受到限制,故使用單機單漿。由于LPG屬于危險品,本船設(shè)有2個1350 m3的臥式圓筒形液化氣罐,并有底座支撐,從而省略了雙層底結(jié)構(gòu)。設(shè)計中將液罐上半部裸露于甲板之上,使得型深較低,這樣既可減少船的主尺度,又可提高艙容利用率,同時還方便了船舶的建造和液罐的吊裝。
本論文包括了該船的大部分設(shè)計過程。由于時間關(guān)系,我省略了一些設(shè)計步驟,但還是比較全面的完成了設(shè)計內(nèi)容,包括技術(shù)任務(wù)分析、主尺度論證、總布置設(shè)計、舾裝設(shè)備選型與布置、型線設(shè)計、靜水力與初穩(wěn)性計算。

introduction
This paper is about the 2700 m3 LPG Hull overall design and the compute of the performance. LPG is liquefied petroleum gas, the vessel load is appropriate to C3 and C4 LPG, including propylene, butane, butadiene and the mixture of LNG.
Selection of this paper is mainly taking into account the rapid development of the domestic economy, the demand for liquefied petroleum gas gradually increased, and liquefied petroleum gas as a highly efficient, clean, user-friendly and great reserves of energy. However, due to China's east and the west's economic development and population are extremely uneven, the eastern part of fast economic development and population density; slow economic development in the western region, sparsely populated, so the eastern part of the energy demand in the western region. Therefore, to the west to the eastern part of the energy transportation, pipeline transport alone is not the economy, gas and LPG as energy, pipeline transport in the process of loss is also greater. LPG as a transport ship on the sea transport LPG, the LPG transportation costs and utilization rates have improved significantly.
LPG ship is a scientific and technological content than the high-ship ship, its manufacturing process should be difficult than the general ship and precision, from the beginning of China's R & D and manufacture of such a ship to China's shipbuilding technology is a challenge.
According to the book of design target, the ship is designed with the bulb bow and the bulb stern, which can improve, and improve the propulsive efficiency. Because the sea gauge will not be restricted, we use single engine and single screw. As LPG is dangerous, there are two rotund 1350 m3 LPG pot which lie on the ship and is supported by pedestal. Thus the double bottom structure is not necessary. The half of the liquid tank will be exposed on the desk, making the ship lower-deep, which could both reduce the ship’s main dimensions and improve the capacity of the cabin, and also making the building of the ship much easier.
This paper includes most the ship design work. Because of the limited time, I omitted some stage of design, but I still have completed most of the design, including design target, the main scale demonstration, general layout, outfitting equipment selection and layout, type design, hydrostatic and stability calculation, propeller design, etc.
