飼料及飼料原料中霉菌毒素的檢測分析
摘要:飼料被霉菌毒素污染后會導(dǎo)致營養(yǎng)價值降低,影響動物生產(chǎn)、繁殖、免疫機能,并直接或間接危害人類健康,應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)的措施對其進行檢測和監(jiān)控。飼料中霉菌毒素的檢測技術(shù)有薄層層析法、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法、高效液相色譜法等。本研究采用酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒法對來自全國的198份飼料及飼料原料樣本進行霉菌毒素的監(jiān)測分析,結(jié)果表明黃曲霉毒素B1的污染相對較輕,而玉米赤霉烯酮和嘔吐毒素污染較重,在所有樣本中,玉米副產(chǎn)物類污染最為嚴(yán)重。

Detection and analysis of mycotoxins in feed and feed ingredients
Abstract: The nutrition value would be declined and lead to the impact of animals’ production, reproduction, immune function, even the people’s health were damaged while the feedstuff were contaminated by mycotoxin. The relevant measures should be taken to detect and monitor. The detection methods about the mycotoxin include enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, etc. In our study, we monitored and analyzed 198 samples from around the country of mycotoxins level by ELISA. The results show that Aflatoxin B1 contamination is relatively light, while Zearalenone and Deoxynivalenol contamination are compared serious. In all samples, corn byproducts are polluted most.
