ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of economy and improvement of people's living standards, the public's demand for health is increasing with each passing day and the existing medical care becomes increasingly unable to meet people's demand for health care service. The 21st century has witnessed the rapid development of mobile communication technology and mankind has stepped into 3G time. If we can make the best use of the exsiting intelligent mobile equipment and mobile Internet communication technology to develop an application that can offer us more convenient, faster and more formal medical service, then it must be accepted by the masses and will enjoy a very broad market prospect.
Through analyzing the real needs of the patients and the business process of the medical service, combining mobile network with health care service Perfectily, this artical designs and realizes a Medical Image Diagnostic System For Android on the basis of the exsiting medical care system. Through access to remote server, using the system on mobilephone , people can send state of illness, medical picture, diagnosis invitation to any doctor which you wanted. People also can use the System to scan doctor?ˉs information, doctor?ˉs advice, medical certificate and so on. And then , we achieve the main goal of the system, remote diagnosis between patients and doctors.
