摘要：文化是人民在千百年來社會實踐中創(chuàng)造的物質(zhì)財富和精神財富的總和，酒文化亦是其中一份子。在人類文化的歷史長河中,酒具有很長的發(fā)展史。酒具有水的形態(tài)，但具有火的性格。它使聰明的更聰明，愚昧的更加愚昧。人類，比如英雄，貴族，普通人，乞丐，他們都喜歡喝酒。因為它，人們的生活變得多姿多彩。酒就像在每個民族文化里流淌的血液一樣。無論是在中國還是西方國家，酒在人們的生活中都扮演了重要角色。無論是中國還是西方國家的酒文化，他們都是一種社會文化，一種政治文化，更是一種藝術(shù)文化。由于中西方不同的文化背景, 他們的酒文化呈現(xiàn)出風(fēng)格迥異的民族特性。了解和掌握中西方在生活環(huán)境、歷史背景、傳統(tǒng)習(xí)俗、價值觀念、思維模式和社會規(guī)范的不同, 有助于人們從更深層次了解酒文化發(fā)展的不同,進(jìn)而可以窺探出文化的差異，從而能更好地進(jìn)行跨文化交流。

Abstract：Culture stands for the total spiritual and material wealth created by the people during the social development of thousands of years, including spirits culture. In the history of human culture, spirits has a long period of history. The spirits is the shape of water as an objective substance in the world, but it has the nature of fire. It causes the intelligent person to be more intelligent and the ignorant person to be more ignorant. People, such as the heroes, the emperors, the ordinary people, the beggars and the like, all love it since it appeared. People’s life becomes colorful with it. It is like blood, which course through each nation’s culture. No matter in China or in western countries, liquor plays an important role in people's social life. Whether Chinese or western spirits culture, it is a kind of social culture; it is a kind of political culture, even a kind of artistic culture. However, the different cultural context enables Chinese and western spirits culture to have their distinctive characteristics. Understanding the differences in wine history, living environment, historical background, values, traditional custom, thinking pattern and social norm of China and Western countries can help people understand different cultures and improve their ability of cross-cultural communication.
