摘  要

樁基礎(chǔ)廣泛用在建筑物特殊地基的處理上，具有極其重要的作用，但是人們對(duì)建筑物質(zhì)量控制上總是出現(xiàn)各種各樣的問(wèn)題，如果建筑物的基礎(chǔ)出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，建筑物就容易出現(xiàn)安全隱患，人們的正常居住安全不能夠得到保障。因此，要在經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的原則下，對(duì)地基和基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量提出嚴(yán)格的要求。

《建筑樁基技術(shù)規(guī)范》中明確指出樁基的設(shè)計(jì)與施工應(yīng)綜合考慮地質(zhì)條件上部結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型荷載特征施工技術(shù)條件與環(huán)境檢測(cè)條件等因素精心設(shè)計(jì)施工，設(shè)計(jì)施工人員要按照質(zhì)量要求和技術(shù)規(guī)范切實(shí)嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制。本論文根據(jù)《建筑樁基技術(shù)規(guī)范》和《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)規(guī)范規(guī)定》的樁基礎(chǔ)的施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)參數(shù)，對(duì)施工過(guò)程中的每一個(gè)步驟的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格控制，對(duì)施工過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析，及時(shí)糾正和預(yù)防，對(duì)工程的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收，使得工程能夠順利地進(jìn)行下去。實(shí)際工程中人們對(duì)建筑物的質(zhì)量管理只要嚴(yán)格遵守規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，工程質(zhì)量就能夠有效保證。

Abstract

Pile foundations are widely used in the handling of special buildings, has an extremely important role, but it is always on quality control of buildings, various kinds of problems, if the basis for building quality problems, building easy to a security risk, it's normal residential security can not be guaranteed. Therefore, to the principle of economic rationality, on the basis of the quality of the proposed foundation and stringent requirements. 

"Specification of Pile Foundation" clearly states that the design and construction of pile foundation should be considered the type of geological conditions, load characteristics of the upper structure construction technology and environmental testing conditions, conditions and other factors carefully design and construction, design and construction staff to the quality requirements and technical specifications in accordance with the effective strict quality control. According to the paper, "Building Pile technical specifications" and "technical specification of building foundation" of the pile foundation construction standards and technical parameters of the construction every step of the process of strict quality control, quality of construction occurred during issues of system analysis, and timely corrective and preventive, acceptance of the quality of the project, the project was able to go smoothly. People building the actual project as long as strict quality control norms and standards compliance, quality can effectively guaranteed.
