摘  要

本次設(shè)計的任務(wù)是編制邯鄲市邯運汽貿(mào)維修車間（三）（土方工程）工程量清單及投標書。本工程采用門式輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，工程建筑面積2798.75m2，寬度45.73 m，長度59.76m，高度10.15m。結(jié)構(gòu)的安全等級為二級，耐火類別為丁類、防火等級為二級，建筑物抗震設(shè)防烈度為7度。 

工程量清單的編制依據(jù)《建筑工程工程量清單計價規(guī)范》(GB50500-2008)和設(shè)計圖紙等進行了清單的合理劃分。清單項包括分部分項工程量清單39項，措施項目清單13項和其他項目清單3項，并對各清單進行了清單工程量計算。

技術(shù)標主要依據(jù)《建筑施工手冊》(第四版)、《輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計手冊》、施工圖紙、設(shè)計變更等編制而成，對工程概況、施工部署、施工進度計劃、施工準備與資源配置計劃、主要施工方案、施工現(xiàn)場平面布置圖、安全文明施工措施等進行了詳細說明。計劃于2012年3月12日開工，總工期為三個月。

商務(wù)標嚴格按照《河北省消耗量定額工程量計算規(guī)則匯編》（GB50500-2008） 中的各項說明、工程量計算規(guī)則和施工方案進行了計價工程量的統(tǒng)計，套用了《全國統(tǒng)一建筑工程基礎(chǔ)定額河北省消耗量定額》(HEBGYD-A-2008)、《全國統(tǒng)一建筑裝飾工程消耗量定額河北省消耗量定額》(HEBGYD-B-2008)及《河北省建筑、安裝、市政、裝飾裝修工程費用標準》(HEBGFB-1-2008)對人工費、材料費、機械費、管理費和利潤進行計算，確定分部分項工程及措施項目工程的綜合單價，經(jīng)匯總記取了規(guī)費和稅金，最后以3013108.48元報價。

Preparation of bill of quantity based on the" code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works" ( GB50500-2008) and design drawings of the rational classification list. All project is divided into sub engineering quantity list 39, list 13 items measure project and other project list 3 items on the list, and the list of engineering quantity calculation.

Technical standard based primarily" Building Construction Handbook ( Fourth Edition )"," light steel structure design manual", construction drawings, design changes, prepared, on the general situation of the project, construction plan, overall construction preparation and resource allocation plan, major construction programs, construction schedule plan, the construction site layout, guarantee the civilized construction technical measures in detail. Plans to start construction in March 12, 2012, total time limit for a project is 3 months.

Business standard strictly in accordance with the" Hebei Province consumption quota compilation of engineering quantity calculation rules" ( GB50500-2008) in the description, engineering quantity calculation rules and construction scheme of valuation engineering quantity statistics, applying a" national construction basic quota of Hebei Province consumption quota" ( HEBGYD-A-2008)," a unified national building decoration engineering cost a fixed amount of consumption quota of Hebei province" ( HEBGYD-B-2008) and the "Hebei province construction, installation, decoration, municipal engineering cost standard" ( HEBGFB-1-2008), and then the artificial cost, material cost, mechanical cost, management cost and profit to calculate, determine project and measure project the comprehensive unit price, the summary. The fees and taxes, finally to offer 3013108.48 yuan.
