某城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠工藝設(shè)計

摘  要

本次設(shè)計所處理的對象是某城鎮(zhèn)的城鎮(zhèn)污水。

本次設(shè)計總水量為45000m3/d；COD〈450mg/L；BOD5〈290mg/L；SS〈250mg/L；PH=6~9；TN〈45 mg/L；TP〈4.0 mg/L；NH3-N<30。通過一定合適的工藝處理后達到城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠一級A排放標準，即COD≤50mg/L；BOD5≤10mg/L；SS≤10mg/L；PH=6~9；TN≤15 mg/L；TP≤0.5 mg/L ；NH3-N≤5。通過查閱一定的參考資料，并在導(dǎo)師的精心指導(dǎo)下，決定采用氧化溝工藝作為本次設(shè)計的處理方案。在處理過程中，最終使之達標排放。

確定工藝流程后，根據(jù)本設(shè)計處理規(guī)模45000m3/d，再對各個水處理構(gòu)筑物進行了選型及工藝參數(shù)的取值。

論文中對整個廢水處理工藝的選型作了詳細的論述和說明；在設(shè)計計算說明書中對各個處理構(gòu)筑物進行了必要的工藝計算。

通過對本方案在處理效果和經(jīng)濟效果上的分析比較，可以得出該方案使可行的。

設(shè)計成果包括畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文和設(shè)計計算說明書各一份，設(shè)計圖紙10張。

Some cities sewage treatment plant project technological design 

Abstract

The object of this design is domestic water.

The total capacity of water is 45000m3/d; chemical oxygen demand (COD)<450mg/L；biological oxygen demand (BOD5)〈290mg/L；suspend solid (SS)〈250mg/L；PH=6~9；total nitrogen (TN)〈45 mg/L；total phosphate (TP)〈4.0 mg/L；ammonia-nitrogen(NH3-N)<30.By the way of some propel treatment ,then can achieve the discharge A standarad of domestic water : COD≤50mg/L; BOD5≤10mg/L; SS≤10mg/L; PH=6~9; TN≤15 mg/L; TP≤0.5mg/L ;ammonia-nitrogen(NH3-N) ≤5.I consulted many literature and with the help of my professor, then decided to adopt oxidation ditch process for my treatment plan. According to my treatment ,the effluent can achieve the standard .

I chose the kind ofconstruc building and parameter of provision based on the determined treatment scale .

I have detailed instruction of all the technology course ,and there’s an essential technology calculate in the instruction .

Compared with economic and the effect of treatment ,I can have the conclusion :my treatment technology is feasible .

Our achievement contains the instruction of calculate and 10 piece of drawiong .
