摘 要
步入21世紀(jì)，中國(guó)成功加入世界貿(mào)易組織，作為入世承諾，中國(guó)將由逐步開(kāi)放國(guó)內(nèi)金融市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)為全面開(kāi)放國(guó)內(nèi)金融市場(chǎng)，這意味著外匯保證金交易將重新得到中國(guó)政府的認(rèn)可，并為了讓中國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)與國(guó)際金融市場(chǎng)接軌而投入大量精力規(guī)范其發(fā)展。通過(guò)研究投資咨詢公司近10年在我國(guó)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，運(yùn)用收益成本理論以及通過(guò)數(shù)字模型分析，研究投資咨詢公司的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及存在的缺陷，探索政府在開(kāi)放外匯保證金交易業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)應(yīng)如何規(guī)范投資咨詢公司的發(fā)展。通過(guò)將投資咨詢公司現(xiàn)狀與剛起步的銀行外匯保證金交易業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析，探討金融機(jī)構(gòu)在外匯保證金交易在我國(guó)逐漸開(kāi)放的過(guò)程中應(yīng)如何吸收和借鑒投資咨詢公司的運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，探索監(jiān)管部門(mén)應(yīng)如何在規(guī)章制度上和機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)管上規(guī)范國(guó)內(nèi)整個(gè)外匯保證金交易市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展。

The Development of Foreign Exchange Margin Trade in the Financial Field of Our Country——The Analyse of the Current Situation and Development of Investment Consultancy Corporation

Abstract:
This paper aims to explore the regulating way of developing Investment Consultancy Corporation by investigating this kind of corporations’ development status in China in the recent 10 years, their excellencies and shortcomings, using profit and cost theory, analyzing through mathematical models. By comparing and analyzing the status quo of the Investment Consultancy Corporation and the Bank Business of Foreign Exchange Margin Trading which is only at the beginning in China, probing to absorb and use the operation experience of the corporation for reference in the process of opening the Foreign Exchange Margin Trading to the financial institutions, what’s more, to explore the ways for the regulatory authorities to regulate the whole domestic Foreign Exchange Margin Trading Market development on rules and regulations as well as the supervision of the institutions.
