松茸多糖對(duì)輻射損傷小鼠免疫功能的防護(hù)作用研究

[摘要]目的:觀察松茸多糖對(duì)輻射損傷小鼠各項(xiàng)免疫指標(biāo)的影響,探討松茸多糖對(duì)輻射損傷小鼠免疫功能的防護(hù)作用。 方法:將ICR小鼠隨機(jī)分成三組:正常對(duì)照組(NC),輻射對(duì)照組(IC)及松茸多糖組(PTM)。PTM組按800mg/kg劑量給予小鼠灌胃,每天一次,連續(xù)十一天。第七天除NC組小鼠外給予一次性2.0Gy X射線照射。末次灌胃后第二天將小鼠處死,檢測(cè)白細(xì)胞數(shù),脾、胸腺細(xì)胞數(shù),脾、胸腺系數(shù),脾細(xì)胞對(duì)ConA刺激指數(shù)(SI)。  結(jié)果:IC組與NC組相比,白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù),脾、胸腺細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù),脾、胸腺系數(shù),脾細(xì)胞刺激指數(shù)(SI)均有顯著性降低(p<0.05)。PTM組與IC組相比,白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù),脾、胸腺細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù),脾、胸腺系數(shù),脾細(xì)胞刺激指數(shù)(SI)均有顯著性增高(p<0.05)。 結(jié)論:松茸多糖對(duì)輻射損傷小鼠免疫功能具有防護(hù)作用。

Study on the immunity protective effect of PTM 
in irradiated mice

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the immunity protective effect of polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake (PTM) in irradiated mice。 Methods: The ICR mice were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group(NC),irradiated control group(IC), polysaccharide of tricholoma matsutake group (PTM) . The PTM group was administered by intragastric administration with a dose of 800mg/kg for 11 d . All groups except NC group were irradiated once with 2.0Gy X-ray on 7th. Immunity parameters including the number of WBC、 spleen 、thymus gland cells, the organ coefficient of spleen、thymus gland and SI were observed on 6th day after irradiation.   Results: The number of WBC、 spleen 、thymus gland cells, the organ coefficient of spleen、thymus gland and SI of PTM group were higher than that in IC group. There was a significant difference between PTM group and IC group(p<0.05).  Conclusion: PTM has the immunity protective effect in irradiated mice.
