Schweitzer工程試驗室(SEL)的微機線路保護采用了帶補償的負序阻抗方向元件。在負序阻抗平面上,當發(fā)生不對稱故障時,若實際測量負序阻抗Z2=U2/I2(式中U2,I2分別為輸入繼電器的故障電壓、電流的負序分量)的點落在z2=Z2Fb(式中z2為測量負序阻抗在線路負序抗角方向的投影,Z2Fb為SEL繼電器根據不同Z2計算出的正向動作閾值)曲線下側時(z2≤Z2Fb)判別為正方向故障,落在z2=Z2Rb(式中Z2Rb為SEL繼電器根據不同Z2計算出的反向動作閾值)曲線上側時判別為反方向故障。這種負序方向元件的整定值和動作特性與裝置運行的實際系統(tǒng)負序阻抗有關,因此在對采用這種負序方向元件的保護進行繼電器檢驗、試驗時,應注意試驗方法,如果用檢驗傳統(tǒng)繼電器的試驗方法,很可能會遇到一些問題。
