摘 要
在全面推進國民經(jīng)濟和社會信息化進程中，用信息化改造傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)，大力實施信息系統(tǒng)工程是努力實現(xiàn)我國經(jīng)濟跨越式發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
監(jiān)理公司對項目管理過程中為了提高工作效率，需要使用合理的管理軟件，但目前項目管理軟件功能都無法滿足監(jiān)理過程要求，因此開發(fā)一套項目監(jiān)理管理和管理軟件對于提高監(jiān)理力度具有十分重要意義。
本信息工程項目監(jiān)理軟件系統(tǒng)是一個面向中小企業(yè)的簡單項目監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)。它主要實現(xiàn)項目概況管理、項目流程管理、項目人員管理、客戶管理、項目文檔管理、項目人員管理、項目信息管理、項目資金管理、會議管理、信息發(fā)布與管理。
本課題主要是實現(xiàn)信息工程項目監(jiān)理軟件系統(tǒng)的表現(xiàn)層。
本文對系統(tǒng)的需求、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計（包括功能設(shè)計、架構(gòu)設(shè)計、界面設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)字典設(shè)計和軟件總體設(shè)計）及系統(tǒng)測試（包括測試用例、測試結(jié)果）做了詳細的介紹和分析。

Design and Implementation of
Information Project Management System(Performance)
Abstract

In comprehensively promote national economic the process of using information technology to transform traditional industries is vigorously implementing the information systems engineering efforts to achieve China's economic leap-forward development of an important link.
Supervision of the project management company in order to improve work efficiency, they need to use reasonable management software, but the project management software can not meet the requirements of the Commissioner of the process, develop a management project supervision is of great significance .
The Project Management Information System software is a simple project-oriented SMEs in the monitoring and management system. Its main Module are: project profile management, project management processes, project management, customer management, project document management, Project management, project information management, funds management, conference management, information dissemination and management.
The main task is to achieve information system software project supervision of the performance.
This paper, has done a detailed description and analysis .about the system requirement, system design (including functional design, structure design, interface design, database design, data dictionary design database design and software design) and system testing (including test cases, test results)
