摘要：本文通過銀行業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)的主要測度指標(biāo)市場集中度（CRn）、赫芬達(dá)爾（H）指數(shù)對中國銀行業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)及市場績效進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，來研究我國銀行業(yè)的改革問題。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)中國銀行業(yè)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)開始由寡頭壟斷、高度集中轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閴艛喔偁帯⑦m度集中的市場類型。本文對中國銀行業(yè)的績效水平進(jìn)行了分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)中國銀行業(yè)的績效水平有所提高，其中國有商業(yè)銀行的表現(xiàn)較為突出，同時(shí)指出市場結(jié)構(gòu)對我國績效的影響并不顯著。在對中國銀行業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)和市場績效的研究基礎(chǔ)上，得出中國銀行業(yè)的改革應(yīng)該降低行業(yè)進(jìn)出壁壘，強(qiáng)化國有商業(yè)銀行改革，改善經(jīng)營管理，開拓市場，提高行業(yè)績效。

Abstract：In this paper the structure of the banking market indicators main measure of market concentration (CRn) with Herfindahl (H) index on the Chinese banking market structure and market performance empirical analysis, to study the reform of China's banking problems. Research found that the Chinese banking market structure started by an oligopoly, highly concentrated into a monopolistic competition, moderate concentration of the market types. China's banking sector is the right level of performance analysis found that the level of the banking sector's performance has improved, State-owned commercial bank performance more prominent, noting that the market structure of China's performance was not significantly affected. In the Chinese banking market structure and market performance based on the study. come to the reform of China's banking sector should reduce barriers to access, strengthen the reform of state-owned commercial banks, improve management, to expand the market, boost performance.
