摘要：
現(xiàn)在世界各個(gè)國(guó)家都十分注重自己的社區(qū)衛(wèi)生體制的改革和完善，現(xiàn)在總的來(lái)說(shuō)有三種模式是當(dāng)今國(guó)際范圍內(nèi)被大家認(rèn)可的，分別是：以以英國(guó)為代表的國(guó)家經(jīng)營(yíng)模式；以德國(guó)、日本、澳大利亞、加拿大等國(guó)為代表的國(guó)家計(jì)劃管理私人提供服務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和以美國(guó)為代表的私營(yíng)為主體的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。從我國(guó)實(shí)際情況的發(fā)展來(lái)看，從而得出了我國(guó)社區(qū)衛(wèi)生存在的問(wèn)題并提出建議。
Abstract: State program management, private service business model applies to Germany, Australia, Japan and Canada. Private sector as the main mode of operation is represented by the United States. In light of China's development stage and comparison with these countries, the article concludes with some existing problems with Community Health Services. Tanggu District in Tianjin as well as Xihu District in Hangzhou are used as examples for a study with Economic Analysis, and related proposals are given.
