摘 要
近年來(lái)，隨著高等院校的不斷改革和擴(kuò)招，高等教師也急劇增多，對(duì)教師個(gè)人檔案信息的管理工作就成為一個(gè)重要的任務(wù)。以前，教師的信息存入紙質(zhì)檔案，由于教師數(shù)量大，修改、查詢等操作極為不方便，人工管理十分費(fèi)時(shí)、費(fèi)力，而且容易丟失數(shù)據(jù)。因此，迫切需要建立一個(gè)教師檔案管理系統(tǒng)。
電子檔案管理系統(tǒng)已成為目前最流行的一種檔案管理系統(tǒng)，它結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便，適合各層管理人士使用，受到各級(jí)管理層人士的青睞。檔案管理由電子管理模式替代了傳統(tǒng)的紙質(zhì)管理模式。本系統(tǒng)對(duì)檔案管理系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、模塊功能進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了教師檔案信息的錄入、查詢、修改、刪除等功能。使用教師檔案管理系統(tǒng)，有利于高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)掌握本校教師的信息資料，及時(shí)調(diào)整師資隊(duì)伍的合理分配。
經(jīng)過(guò)試用，本系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)處煹臋n案進(jìn)行錄入、查詢、修改、刪除等操作，還實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)教師的院系、學(xué)歷、類別、職稱等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)的功能。

The Design and Implementation of Teachers’ Archives Management System Based On C/S

Abstract
In recent years, with the continuing reform of institutions of higher education and enrollment, higher teachers also increased sharply, personal files of teachers of information management has become an important task. Previously, teachers, information is stored in paper files, due to the large number of teachers, modify, query and other operations is extremely inconvenient and difficult manual is very time-consuming, laborious, and prone to data loss. Therefore, an urgent need to establish a teachers’ archives management system.
Electronic archives management system has become the most popular form of archives management system, simple structure, convenient operation, suitable for all levels of management for use by all levels of management people of all ages. Archives management by e-management models, replacing the traditional paper-based management model. This system of archives management system structure, module, function of the analysis and design, implementation, teachers input information, archives, query, modify, delete functions. Teachers use the file management system is conducive to school teachers, college and university leadership to master information, timely adjustment of the rational allocation of teaching staff.
After trial, the system can be input on the teacher file, query, modify, or delete operation, but also realized the faculty of teachers, education, class, title and other statistical functions.
