摘 要

在處理RF系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用問題時，總會遇到一些非常困難的工作，對各部分級聯(lián)電路的不同阻抗進(jìn)行匹配就是其中之一。一般情況下，需要進(jìn)行匹配的電路包括天線與低噪聲放大器(LNA)之間的匹配、功率放大器輸出(RFOUT)與天線之間的匹配、LNA/VCO輸出與混頻器輸入之間的匹配。。本文介紹了一種中心頻率為400MHz、頻寬為40MHz的50～75歐姆T型阻抗變換器的設(shè)計與仿真過程。本論文研究的是射頻阻抗變換器，目的是使電路的輸入阻抗與輸出阻抗相匹配，具體實(shí)現(xiàn)的是一中心頻率為400MHz，頻寬為40Mhz的50～75歐姆T型阻抗變換器。

ABSTRACT
.This text introduction a kind of center frequency's ising a 400 MHz, bandwidth is 50~75 resistance transformation of the 40 MHz the design of the machine with imitate true process.All said category, use and development of the radio frequency resistance transformation machine in the text.At analysis the resistance match the foundation of the theories basic knowledge up, discuss the radio frequency resistance transformation machine of design process, then through an ADS software carry on design and imitate true, and carried on analysis summary towards imitate truely result.
