摘要 目的:應(yīng)用各種提取分離方法,對八角茴香中的莽草酸進行提取分離,找出更加簡便可行的方法。方法:用不同比例的水-乙醇液提取莽草酸,再重結(jié)晶,通過熔點測定、薄層色譜和紫外分光光度法測定莽草酸的純度。結(jié)果:用95 %的乙醇來提取莽草酸效果最佳。結(jié)論:研究結(jié)果證實本實驗所采用的提取工藝合理可行。

Abstract:Objective: By all kinds of different ways, we refine and seperate the Acid from Anissed to find out which way is simpler and feasibler. Methods:Firstly, according to the different ration of water and ethanol, we can refine Acid and form recrystallization. Secondly, we test the purity by TLC. At last, we test Shikimic Acid ’ S content by the measure of the UV spectrophotometry. Results:It is the best way to refine Shikimic Acid ’ S by 95 % ethanol. Conclusion:The result of reserch shows that it is reasonable to adopt to refine techology in this experiment
