人事管理系統(tǒng)是針對現(xiàn)在公司的大量業(yè)務(wù)處理工作而開發(fā)的管理軟件。根據(jù)用戶。在設(shè)計一個系統(tǒng)時，首先要做好需求分析。合理地運用好Visual FoxPro的基本方法，建立一個適合企業(yè)的人事管理系統(tǒng)。論文從人事管理信息系統(tǒng)的初步調(diào)查開始，詳細介紹人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)的需求分析、和數(shù)據(jù)流程分析，并進行了系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計、輸入輸出設(shè)計等。
